William Slack Obituary

William Slack, 76, of Brilliant, OH formerly of Yorkville passed away Saturday August 6, 2022 at Catherines Care Center in Steubenville, Ohio. Bill was born on May 16, 1946 in Martins Ferry, Ohio to the late George and Mildred (Jackson) Slack. He is also preceded in death by three sisters Roberta Wittmer, Katherine Kesling, Bernice Eileen Carducci. And nephew Mark Wittmer.

Bill retired from Krogers in Martins Ferry, OH, Kiddings in Wheeling, and served his country in the Army.

He is survived by his niece Janis (Bruce) Bottorff of Plymouth, IN, Chris (Todd) Yater of Rayland, OH and Joni Pasco of Zephyrhills, FL. , Cousins Janet Lovell and Wilma Hiam. Nephew Ed (Burlene) Wittmer, two nieces Dolores Tarr, and Lisa Dugan.

Friends will be received at the Former St. Lucy's Catholic Church now owned by Boroski Properties, LLC. located at 107 Lucy Ave Yorkville, OH on Tuesday August 9, from 3 pm until time of services at 6 pm with Pastor Jim Monogioudis officiating.
