Timothy Neal Obituary

Timothy Lee 'Happy’ Neal, 59, of Milton, WV passed away on May 24, 2023 at Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville, OH, with his girls by his side. He was born on October 11, 1963 to the late Everett Ray Neal and surviving Rosanna Mae Neal. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Ray Neal of Milton, WV. Tim was an exceptional woodworker and loved his daughters and grandson more than anything. He also loved to be with his family and friends laughing and having a good time, and he NEVER knew a stranger. He is survived by his two daughters Leanna (Craig Johnston) Neal of Richmond, OH, and Kalee Neal of Phoenix, AZ. Also surviving, one grandson Karyk Johnston of Richmond, OH and one grandson on the way. He is also survived by five siblings Alan (Sherry) Neal of Rock Hill, SC, Barbara Hellyer of Las Vegas, NV, David (Kelley) Neal of Gallipolis, OH, Don (Angie) Neal of Milton, WV, and Caren Neal of Milton, WV. Timothy is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends. No services at this time but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
