Sandra S. "Sandy" Starcher, 64, of Wintersville, OH passed away on July 26, 2021 at Trinity West. She was born on December 4, 1956 to the late Ottie and Juanita (Frey) Starcher, she was also preceded in death by one brother Larry Starcher. Sandy was a former Council woman for the village of Dillonvale, OH. She leaves behind her partner of 39 years Patricia Farmer, two sons Troy (Helen) of Pittsburgh, Barry (Eric) Starcher of Wintersville, one step daughter Hope Miller, five grandchildren Ryan, Chole Meeker, Anthony Machicote, Frank Stotts Jr., Sheon Stotts, and one great grandchild Javier Jones, two brothers Mark (Helen) Starcher of Wintersville, Brian (Brenda) Starcher of Mineral City, and one sister Pam Starcher of Wintersville. Sandy will have no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
