Ryan James Forsythe, 29, of Bellaire, OH passed away on September 19, 2022. He was born on April 3, 1993 to his father John Spano and mother Darlene Smouse. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Joyce Spano. He is survived by his five children Joycek, Ethan, Ayleona, Bentley, and Audrionna. Viewing will be Saturday October 1, from 12-3pm with services at 1pm at Schuetz Funeral Home4719 Jacob Street Wheeling, WV.
