Robert "Dobby" Eugene Richter

Robert "Dobby" Eugene Richter, 49, of Steubenville, OH passed away on August 12, 2021 at Trinity West ER.  He was born on September 7, 1971 to the late James Richard and Nora (Speece) Richter. He is also preceded in death by Aunt Shirley Speece, and two brothers Layman Allen Richter, and brother Damien Lindamood.  He likes to help people, helped work on different projects for his family, video games, and listen to Kenny Rogers music.  He took care of his mother until the day she died.  "DEVOTED"   He is survived by seven siblings Victor Shrieves of New Manchester, James (Robbin) Richard Richter Jr, of Weirton, Rebecca Shaffer of Morristown, OH, Brady (Bonnie) Richter of Bridgeville, Tina Lewis of Weirton, Robert ``Bobbie" Lewis of Mingo Jct., Billy Lewis of Weirton, Many nieces and nephews and cousins that will miss him.  Aunt Dorthy Rosnick, and many cousins' Friends will be received at Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., OH 43938 on Sunday August 15, 2021 from 1 pm until time of services at 4 pm with Pastor Steve Modranski officiating. In Lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Schuetz funeral home.
