Phyllis Jean (Taylor) Fields

Phyllis Jean Fields, 68, of Mingo Jct., OH passed away on October 21, 2021 at Trinity West.  She was born on June 25, 1953 to the late Floyd and Donna (Fetty) Taylor.  She was also preceded in death by four brothers.  Phyllis was a EKG Technician for Trinity West.  She is survived by her boyfriend Gary cassidy of Erie, PA, five children Stephanie (Ronald Inman) Adkins of Mingo Jct., Beth (Hoagan) Watson of Brilliant, OH, Billy (Tamara) Hoover of Brilliant, Gene Fields II of Mingo Jct., Matthew Fields of Mingo Jct., 13 grandchildren 20 great grandchildren, three sisters Marsha (Danny) Shute of Jewett, OH, Liz (Bill) Cook of Brilliant, OH, and Patricia Herron of Brilliant, OH.  Friends will be received at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. on Friday October 29, from 4 pm until time of service at 6 pm.
