Ottie "Skip" Jacob Casto

Ottie "Skip" Jacob Casto, 60, of Wintersville, OH passed away surrounded by his loving family on July 9, 2021 at home.  He was born on August 13, 1960 to the late Robert Sr. and Lillie Louise (Lee) Casto.  He was also preceded in death by two brothers George T. Casto, Robert Casto Jr., and one sister Terri Southall.  Skip was a Diesel Mechanic and a dedicated to his family, also was a member of the Word of Life in Steubenville.  He is survived by his wife Kathleen M. (Martin) Casto, five children Matthew Joseph Silver of Weirton, Miranda Casto of Wilmington, DE, Helen Casto of Steubenville, Carrissa Casto of Wintersville, and Tammy Knight of Wintersville, four grandchildren Matthew Silver Jr. Kaleigh Silver, Caleb Silver, and Caylyn Silver, and one sister Bonnie Blake of Tennessee. There will be a memorial service on Wednesday at 11 am at Word of Life Fellowship on Lovers Lane with dinner following..  Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
