Mary Ann (Vasich) Mason

Mary Ann (Vasich) Mason, 74, of Mingo Jct., OH passed away peacefully on November 17, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on March 21, 1945 to the late Stanley and Anna (Visyak) Vasich. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Dr. Guy I. Mason. Other loving family; son Guy Mason II of Mingo Jct, OH; daugther Tasha Palmersheim (Matt) of Nolensville, TN; granddaughters, Lauren and Margot Palmersheim. Mary Ann was a member of St Andrew Orthodox Church where she was active in the church's Sisterhood and choir. She was a graduate of Franciscan University and was a longtime elementary school teacher throughout the Ohio Valley. Family and friends will be received at the St. Andrew Orthodox Church on Thursday November 21, 2019 from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral litergy at 12:00 p.m. with Father John Kopcha officiating. Interment will follow at St. Andrew Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Mary Ann's memory to Valley Hospice, Hound's Haven of Dillionvale, The Oglebay Foundation or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
