Lilly "Rayna" Milbert, 60, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away unexpectedly on April 27, 2021 at home. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert W. Milbert, Jr. She was born on January 19, 1961 to the late Ray and Dorothy (Waller) Swyers. She is also preceded in death by her two sisters Lana Whorton and Mona Diley, She is survived by three children Melody Clark, Amanda Crady, and Angella Milbert all of Wheeling, seven grandchildren Darren, Lexy, D.J., Aliyah, Dylan, Bre'Onna, and Jess, several nieces and nephews. There will be no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
