Joyce Ann (Brown) Fowler

Joyce Ann Fowler, 71, of Rayland, OH passed away on July 30, 2022 at Trinity West. She was born on September 27, 1950 to the late Charles "Bud" and Eva Maribelle (Mozingo) Brown. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband John Harrison Fowler.  Joyce was the sweetest lady you could ever meet, she would do more for you without you asking her to.  Joyce was a graduate of Smithfield High School class of 1968, she was a life member of Rush Run Community Church and a board member. She is survived by three children Jon "JC" (Christina) Fowler of Boardman, Dr. Angela (Anthony) Hicks of Mt. Pleasant, and Amy Burkhead of Rayland, two bonus daughters Chrissy and Missy Blattenberger, six grandchildren Cory, Jessica, Timothy, Michael, Cassie, and Amber, one sister Margie (Raymond) Doan of Rayland "Three Amigos", two brothers Charles (Paula) Brown of Moundsville, and Tom (Lori) Brown of Dillonvale, many nieces, nephews, friends and other family. A Celebration of Life Service will take place  Friday, August 12, from 5:30 pm until time of services at 6 pm at the Rush Run Community Chapel 1983 County Road 17, Rayland, OH 43943 where services will be conducted by Rev.
