Joseph F. Swinsinski, 73, of Mingo Jct., OH passed away on September 18, 2021 at his home. He was born on February 9, 1948 to the late Joseph Stanley and Margret Virginia (Robb) Swinsinski. Joe was a graduate of Mingo High School Class of 1967, retired from the Water Works Dept. in Mingo Jct., and was a Catholic by faith. Joe is survived by his girlfriend Virginia Connor, one brother James (Patricia) Swinsinski of Wintersville, two nephews Jimmy and Billy Swinsinski, and great niece Allie Swinsinski, and one aunt Veronica (Sam) Sedditi of Steubenville. Cemetery services planned at a later date. Schuetz Funeral Home assisting the family.
