Obituary

Dwayne Allen Adkins, 67, of Wellsburg, WV passed away on on May 20, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center. He was born on September 24, 1955 to the late Jack and Grace (Rainey) Adkins. He was preceded in death by two sisters Jody Esign and Cathy Henson, and James Rainey. He is survived by his cousin Charles William Rainey of Wellsburg, WV, siblings Flo Newman, Judy Fye of Lorain, OH, Sam Adkins, Stephanie Adkins and Jenifer Adkins of Lorain. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
