Dorothy Jeanine "Dottie" Shriner, 60, of Bellaire, OH passed away on March 24, 2023 at UPMC Mercy Hospital. She was born on September 18, 1962 to the late Deanna (Delaney) Piko. Dorothy was a Home Health Aid for most of her life and she was a member of the Salvation Army Church. She leaves behind her sister Debbie Carpino of Shadyside, and brother Donald (Jamie White) of Moundsville, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Services are pending at this time.
