Dorothy Carpenter Obituary

Dorothy Ann Carpenter of Wintersville, OH passed away Monday Nov. 15th at Gables Care Center at the age of 91. Born Nov. 1, 1930 in Mingo Jct., she was the daughter of the late John and Susan Geroch. Dorothy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her four daughters. Cindy Hockenberry of Wintersville, Susan Overheu of Germany, Rebecca (Scott) Campbell of Wintersville, and Christine (Sean) Exterovich of Steubenville. She also leaves six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her loving husband Howard in October of 2020 a grandchild, and eight brothers. A private family ceremony will be held at a later date. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
