David Proctor Obituary

David Lee Proctor, 65, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on August 15, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born on October 30, 1955 to the late Dale Winfield and Evelyn Rose (Fry) Proctor. He was a loving and funny (Jokes) man, he loved his brothers, and all his grandkids. David is also preceded in death by his wife Diana Maria (Ward) Proctor. He is survived by eight children Cheryl Bungard of Moundsville, Tysa (Troy) Wise of Martins Ferry, Susan Rose Proctor of Moundsville, David Proctor, Michael Proctor, Chad Proctor, Chris Proctor, Alyssa Proctor and Coby Proctor all of Martins Ferry, two brother and one sister. There will be a memorial service scheduled for a later date. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family. Donations Can be sent to Alyssa Proctor by contacting the funeral home for her address.
