Charles Kenneth McDonald

Charles Kenneth McDonald, 91, of Brilliant, OH passed away on December 22, 2020 at Weirton Medical Center/Valley Hospice.  He was born on January 20, 1929 to the late William and Dora (Morris) McDonald, also preceded in death by his wife Myrl Jane (Glover) McDonald, and fourteen brothers and sisters.  Charles, also known as "Bus" in his early days, was a Councilman for New Alexandria, a member of New Alexandria UMC, worked for Columbia gas for 38 years as a class A service man, and was a little league baseball coach. Charles served his country in the Army, and brought up three sons Tommy (Juanita) McDonald of Tiltonsville, Harley (Clara) McDonald of Brilliant, and Jerry K. (Cathy) McDonald, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  Friends will be received at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., OH on Sunday December 27 from 4 - 8 pm and again on Monday from 10 am until time of services at 11 am with Rev. Jim Monogioudis officiating.  Burial will take place at New Alexandria Cemetery.
