Charles “Buster” Lowe, 87, of Rayland, OH, died, Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Forest Hills in St. Clairsville, OH.
He was born on April 1, 1934, in Bradley, OH, son of the late Emily Ruth (Heiny) and Charles Francis Lowe.
Charlie is survived by his sister, Pauline “Dolly” Lowe, of Sun City, California, and his extended family, the Horsky’s and the Neavin’s who cared for him deeply.
Charlie graduated in 1952 from Smithfield High School, served in the US Army, and retired from Weirton Steel. He loved golfing and enjoyed gardening. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Private services are entrusted with Schuetz Funeral Home, Mingo Junction, OH.
