Charles Joseph Grew Sr., 84, of Rayland, OH passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 6, 2020. He was born on March 27, 1936 to the late Charles William and Gizella (Varga) Grew. He is also preceded in death by his wife June Louise (Mayhugh) Grew, one son David William Grew, and his brother Fred Grew. He is survived by his three children Charles Joseph (Bobbie) Grew Jr., of Rayland, John (Natasha) Grew of Rayland, OH, Darla (Steve) Jean Bennett of Washington, PA, four grandchildren David John Grew of Rayland, Joe (Jamie) Grew of Shadyside, Stacy (Scott) Grew of Rayland, Spencer Grew of Rayland, three great grandchildren Paige Summers, Hana Summers, and Tytus Grew. Charles worked for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Mingo for 40 years, also for B & O Railroad, a Graduate of Steubenville High School class of 1955, he was a life member of Mingo Sportsmans Club, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, his family, and playing card games. There will be no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
