Carol Ann Brigner, 74, of Tiltonsville, OH passed away on May 15, 2021 at Forest Hills Car Center in St. Clairsville, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Ann (Nemeti) Bowers Sr. Carol was a traveling sales women most of her life. She is survive by a brother William Bowers Jr. of Florida, and a cousin Patricia Harper of Tiltonsville. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
