William Herman ("Wild Bill") Shadley

William Herman Shadley "Wild Bill", 51, of Mingo Junction, OH, died February 24, 2015 at Weirton Medical center.  Born January 5, 1964 to the late Edward W. and Norma Jean (Payton) Shadley. Bill worked for Wheeling Lake Eire Railroad, and was a member of the American Legion in Brilliant. He is survived by four sisters, Joy Reynolds of Springfield, OH, Tammy (David) McWilliams of Pancoastburg, OH, Shelly (Mike) Evans of New Holland, OH. Edie (Steve) Duderstadt of Springfield, OH, and  a friend Bill Presley of Mingo Jct., several nieces and nephews.
