William "Scott" Miller

William "Scott" Miller, 58, of Toronto, OH passed away on January 3, 2021 at Trinity West.  He was born on February 3, 1962 to Surviving Albert (Clara) Miller of Carmichaels, PA and the late Alma (Utta) Miller.  Scott was a member of the  Pilot Dog Alumni Association, being blind himself, Scott competed yearly in the pilot dog convention as to which he made and donated the awards that were given to the winners in several different categories.  He and his guide dog had placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd every year in one or more categories of the competition.   He is survived by his significant other Kelly Marino of Pennsylvania, son Matthew Miller of Monroe Michigan, Krystal Miller-Saunders of Toronto, and Tiffany Miller of Toronto, five grandchildren Kameron Miller, James Howard Jr., Shaiann Saunders, Sophie Burkey , and Carson Miller, one brother David (Michelle) Miller of Toronto, one sister Shirley (Gary) Linn of Brilliant.  Schuetz  Funeral Home is assisting the family.
