William Joseph Miller

William Joseph Miller, 66, of Steubenville, OH passed away on December 9, 2017. Born in Steubneville, to the late Vernon V. and Mary Alice (Wolfe) Miller. Served his country in the Army.  He is preceded in death by two brothers Vernon L. "Buddy" Miller, and Fred Miller. He is survived by his two children Billie Jo (Steve) Rush, and Anthony Tony Miller, Brother Robert Miller and sister Sylvia Livingston, Aunts Sheila Grindle and Ina Antinone  grand children Morgan Miller and Zachary Rush and great grand daughter Mara, plus several nieces and nephews.  Schuetz Funeral Home assisting the family.
