William Michael Cole

William Micael Cole, 79, of Rayland, OH passed away at home  on August 22, 2026 surrounded by family.  He was born on March 21, 1947 to the late George Edward Blair Cole and the late Theresa Isabella (Steller) Cole.  He is also preceded in death by son Eric Lee Lynn, and brother Leonard Cole.  William worked for the Village of Rayland for over 30 plus years where he retired.  He is survived by his girlfriend of 45 years Carmen "Kimberly" Lynn of Bellaire, one son Michael Lynn of Rayland, three grandchildren of Martins Ferry Jewel Lynn, Kaden Benline, and Kaya Benline, and last but not least his care giver and niece Nicole (Carl) Pettit of Rayland, who took care of his health in the end.  There will be no services at this time.   Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
