William Astacio, 76, of Steubenville, OH died Tuesday May 17, 2016 at Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville, OH. He was born on October 8, 1939 to the late Guillermo Astacio and mother.
William was Catholic by faith and a worked as a press operator for a machine shop back in New York. He was preceded in death by his wife Angela Amberstone. He is survived by he two sons Jeffrey (Andrea) Amberstone and Jhon (Rosemary) Amberstone, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
