Wayne "Bubba" Pond Humphries Jr., 61, of

Martins Ferry, OH passed away on January 14, 2026 unexpectedly at home. He was born on February 6, 1964 to the late Wayne Pond Sr. and Shirley Ann (Davis) Humphries.

He is also preceded in death by one grandson, Jordan Humphries. He is survived by his children, David Humphries of St. Clairsville, Stephen Humphries of Colonial Heights, Virginia, and Ambre (Curtis) Peace of Chester, Virginia, grandchildren Alex, Devin, Troy, Matthew, Mackynzie, Ashton, Skylar, Spencer, and Valerie, and one sister, Lisa Humphries. Wayne loved rock music, the Redskins, rock concerts, and he was Pentecostal by faith.

There will be no services at this time. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
