Walter William Cline Jr., 39, of Mounsville, formerly of Steubenville, passed away on September 11, 2018 at Ruby Memorial in Morgantown. He was born on July 9, 1079 to the late Walter William Cline and surviving Joyce (Evans) (Raymond E) Wells. He is survived by one sister Jeanne (Thomas Walenciej) Digiulio of Steubenville, and one brother BillyJoel (Jenny) Cline of Steubneville, three nieces and one nephews, and one best friend George. Walter will be cremated. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
