Timothy Joseph Reffert, 64, of Steubenville, OH went to be with the lord on October 20, 2016. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on October 10, 1952 to the late Frank Joseph and Dorothy Catherine (Haggerty) Reffert. Tim was a truck driver for most of his life. He is survived by his three children Adam (Heather) Reffert of Savanna Georgia, Hillary (John) Mathues of Canonsburg, PA, and Kevin (Sarah) Reffert of South Park, PA, and three grandchildren Chloe, Benjamin, and Rose Reffert. Timothy was cremated with last rights observed. Schuetz Funeral Home in Mingo Junction, is assisting the family.
