Tammy Lee Croy, 51, of Bellaire, OH, passed away on July 1, 2019 at Wheeling hospital. She was born on September 17, 1967 to Clarence Junior and Virginia Margret (Luzader) Vessels. Also surviving her is her husband Edward Croy, her son Jason (Terri) Mills of Wheeling, and step grand child Jordan Bachie. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
