Stephanie Lee Forbes, 53, of Steubenville, OH passed away on February 19, 2017 at Trinity West. She was born in Greensburg, Pa on October 25, 1963 to the late Stephen and Virginia (Madden) Trout. She is survived by her sister Annie Baker of South West, PA. Stephanie will be cremated with no service observed.
