Shirley Ann Forrester, 85, of Wheeling, WV passed away Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV.
She was born July 1, 1941 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Woodrow and Rose Leja Forrester of Wheeling, WV.
She was a retired employee of the former Wheeling Closure and an Episcopalian by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, George Forrester and Robert Forrester, one sister, Elva Louise Gross and a great niece, JoBeth M. Gross.
Surviving is a daughter, Debra Louise Forester of St. Clairsville, Ohio, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio County Animal Shelter or to the Belmont County Animal Shelter.
