Scott Edward Steiner, 47, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on April 7, 2020 at home. He was born on July 13, 1972 to the late Donald and Marjorie (Byard) Steiner. Survived by one brother Chance Stephen Steiner of Martin Ferry. Burail will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
