Sandra Kay Vance

Sandra Kay Vance, 77, of Steubenville, OH passed away peacefully with her family by her side on August 21, 2025 at Valley Hospice Care Center North.

 She was born on December 30, 1948 to the late Melvin and Violet (Snyder) Burier. She is also preceded by her husband Charles S. Vacne, three siblings Alice Bates, Butch and Gary Burier.

 Sandra worked in Dietary and housekeeping at a Nursing Home for most of her life. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Steubenville. 

She leaves behind three children Sandra Marie (Alfred) Montgomery of Toronto, Charles E. Vance of Steubenville, and Robert S. Vance of Steubenville, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two siblings Cheryl (Dave) Black of Wintersville, and Rayleen (Archie) Francis of Steubenville.
