Sandra Lee (Lowe) Mullins

Sandra Lee Mullins of Toronto, OH died Friday May 8, 2015 at Dixon Health Care.  Sandra was the daughter of the late Arlie Franklin Lowe and is survived by Shirley Ann (Barker) Lowe. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Sandra is also survived by her husband Paul Darrell Mullins Jr.,  Five children Brian Arlie Lowe (Julie Masters) of Toronto, Gregory Edward Keenan (Illiana) of Toronto, Jerry Mullins (Jamie) of Brilliant, Kristen Heather Meto (Mike) of Mingo JCT.,  Sara Thornton of Brilliant and 28 Grand Children. Two sisters Donna Hennis (Michael) of Toronto, and Brenda Hartline (Carl) of Empire.

It was Sandra's wish to be cremated with no service observed. Services entrusted to the Schuetz Funeral Home Mingo Junction.
