Sally Ann Williams

Sally Ann Williams, 55, of Mingo, Jct., OH passed away on November 3, 2020 at home.  She was born on January 7, 1965 in Steubenville, OH and survived by Lawrence James Williams and late Barbara Ann (LoPrete) Williams.  She was preceded in death by son Gary Edward Williams, one niece Ashley Williams, one nephew Richard Jr. Williams.  Sally is survived by her long time companion Gary Edward Huggins, four children Gary Edward Huggins Jr., of Mingo Jct., Thomas James Huggins of Mingo Jct., Virginia Huggins of Mingo Jct., and David Lea Huggins of Mingo Jct., one grandchild Vernon James Jackson II of Mingo Jct., one brother Richard Williams of Toronto, Oh.
