Ruthann Church, 66, of Rayland, OH passed away on December 2, 2016. She was born on September 30, 1950 to the late Eugene and Salley (Klingsmith) Puglise. She is survived by her husband William Church, a son Shawn (Julie) Ward and one grand son Michael Ward. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
