Ruth Ann Emerson, 53, of Glencoe, OH passed away at Wheeling Hospital on October 23, 2020. She was born on December 16, 1966 to Linda (Curtis) Irwin. She was preceded in death by her fiance Gary Bell, grandparents George and Vern Kocher, Curtis Sr. and Geraldine Irwin, two uncles Elzie Hartley, and Chuck Kocher. Survived by parents Linda (Curtis) Irwin, siblings Jenny (Bo) Ross of Martins Ferry, Robin (Bill) Daines of Follansbee, Bill (Terri) Irwin of North Carolina, and Sharlene Yocum of Bellaire, nieces and nephews, Nick (Rachel) Ross, Amanda (Erica) Ross, Ashley (Chris) Sparks, Cassie (Jeremy) Daines, Billy Irwin, Becca Irwin, and Alison (Cody) Woofter, great nieces and nephews Logan, Madison, Shelby Ross, Shane, Chris, Eli and Rosie Sparks, aunt Mary Hartley, Jean (John) McElwain, cousins Candy, Bill, Kenny, and Gale, and her beloved dog Miss Daisy Bell. Friends will be recieved at Salvation Army Church 315 37th St. Bellaire, OH on Tuesday October 27, from 2 until the time of service at 4 pm with Rev. Louis Patrick officiating.
