Ruby Lee (Black) VanNostran, 75, of Steubenville, OH died on September 6, 2017 at Trinity West. She was born on July 11, 1942. She was preceded in death by her farther and mother Carrie Louise (Bladen), two sons Ronald W. Crago Jr., and Joseph James Crago and daughter Cynthia Lee Crago. She is survived by her significatn other Don Randolph, Six Children Cathy (Allen) Crago, Connie (Jim) Willis, Carol Landenberger, Victoria (Joe) Burrier, Jamie VanNostran, Christy Engle, and many grand children and great grand children. Friends will be received on Tuesday September 12, 2017 at Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., from 2-6 p.m.
