Roy Dale Gray II, 75, of Wheeling, WV passed away on July 27, 2018 at OVMC. He was born on February 13, 1943 to the late Roy Dale I and Helen (Pane) Gray. He is survived by his son Roy Dale Gray III, two grand children Kimi and Alicia Gray, and four great grand children Noah, Kaden, Hunter, and Brielle.
