Ronald Starling Turner, 72, of Jacobsburg, OH passed away on February 2, 2021 at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV. He was born on February 5, 1948 to the late Starling Evereitt and Rosalie (Howell) Turner. Ronald is survived by his wife Deborah Lou (Weekly) Turner, and daughter Holly Turner. Ronald has donated his body to the Ohio State University college of Medicine. A Memorial Service will be planned for a later date. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
