Robert Vincent Marshall

Robert Vincent Marshall, 64, of Steubenville, OH passed away on July 21, 2022 at Weirton Medical Center.  He was born on March 27, 1958 to the late Terrance and Patricia (Smith) Marshall. He is also preceded in death by one brother and sister in law David and Antonietta Marshall.  He is survived by his girlfriend Kathleen Nobile of Steubenville, brother James (Cerryn) Marshall of Steubenville, sister Lynn Ann (Dan) Banks of Steubenville.  There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
