Ricky Lee Deruelle, 64, of Toronto, OH passed away on January 28, 2021 at Weirton Medical Center. He was born on December 14, 1956 to the late William Joseph and Ruth Virginia (Buchanan) Deruelle, and four brothers. He is survived by his wife Angel Lynn Deruelle, and one son Jason(Stacie French) Deruelle of Hammondsville, and friends and neighbors Jill (Bernie) Hoover. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
