Richard Alan Robbins Sr.

Richard Alan Robbins Sr., 70, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on November 9, 2024 at Liza's Place surrounded by family. He was born on March 27, 1954 to the late Elwood Kenneth and Anne (Kissel) Robbins. He was a graduate of John Marshall High School, he worked for many years at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel (Martins Ferry), and was a Police Officer for Benwood, McMechen, and Bethlehem. He leaves behind Michelle Jo Smith his long time girlfriend, two godsons Jayden and Jaymison Redman, Special people Zuri Davis, Quinton, Chloe, and Nami Sierra. There will be no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
