Richard Donald Prior, 84, of Brilliant, OH passed away on October 30, 2019 at Allegheny General Hospital. He was born on August 21, 1935 to the late Howard and Georgia (Lemon) Prior. He is survived by one son Richard Donald (Amber) Ellis of Brilliant, two sisters Georgeann Kaeb of Indiana, and Cindy (Tom) Noverr of Florida, two care givers Amanda and Daniel Arthur. Richard will be cremated and burial will be at the con convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
