Richard Charles Bly II, of Wintersville, OH passed away on January 18, 2025 at Trinity West. Richard was a graduate of Jefferson Union (Edison) and a Tree Trimmer by trade. He is preceded in death by the late Richard Charles I and Rebecca Mae (Davis) Bly, and one brother George Bly. He is survived by his son Tyler (Hailie Gaso) Bly and one grand daughter Pepper Lynn Bly, girlfriend of 15 years Lorrie Davis, her son Cameron, and daughter and husband Lisa and Luke Ostojich, was Pappy to their son Joey. Cherished Pets together Baby Kitten and Pretty Girl., three brothers Douglas (Julie) Bly of Malvern, OH, James Bly of Richmond, OH and Adam Joe Warniack. There will be no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
