Raymond "Ray" O Yoka, 61 of Tiltonsville, OH passed away on July 21, 2025 at J.W. Ruby Memorial in Morgantown, WV.
He was preceded in death by the farther that raised him Roger Higgins and his mother Mary Lou (Yordan) Higgins. He worked for Labell News which was later changed to New Born Inc., where he delivered magazines.
He is survived by two daughters Alexis Yoka of Akron, OH, and Lindsay Yoka of Shadyside. He enjoyed collecting comic books, old coins, and cars. Raymond will be cremated with no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
