Rachel Marie Cox, 37, of Steubenville, OH passed away on October 7, 2016 at her home. She was born on September 26, 1979 to the late David Keith Cox and surviving Alice E. (Smith) Cole.
She is survived by her companion Calvin Webb, two children Brandi Marie Webb and Logan Tyler Cox.
Services will be Saturday October 15, 2016 2 pm with Rev Mike Renforth officiating at the Ministry of Salvation Baptist Church 181 Shirley Circle Steubenville. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
