R. "Derek" Kinsey, 50, of Dillionvale, OH passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2023. He was born on February 20, 1973 to the late Jo Anne (Humphrey) Kinsey. Also preceded in death by Paternal grandparents Ralph Sr. and Emma Kinsey and Maternal LeRoy and Anne Humphrey. He is survived by his Fiance' Tammie Smith, father Ralph Kenneth Kinsey Jr., three siblings Brian Scott Kinsey, Gregory Lee Kinsey both of Tiltonsville, Amy Jo (Ron Hull) Kinsey of Bridgeport, Fur Baby Molly, two nieces Kattlynn Howes, Taylor Kinsey. Derek Kinsey worked for Odot, loved fishing, 80's music, and riding his Harley. Memorial Donations to Belmont County Animal Shelter.
