Philip Lane Smelser

Philip Lane Smelser, 55, of Dillionvale, OH died July 24, 2015.  He was born in Columbus, OH on August 23, 1959.  He is survived by Cindy Thomas of Dillionvale, OH, his two brothers Gary (Terry) Smelser of Blacklick, OH, Randy )Anna) of North Carolina, and a sister Marcia Stacy of Maine.  Phil was an avid wood worker and spent hours long perfecting his craft.
