Peggy Ann Leeson

Peggy Ann Leeson, 80, of Mingo Jct., OH passed away on July 8, 2026, at home surrounded by family.  She was born on October 7, 1945, to the late Donzel Rae and Golda Mae (Ferrell) Westfall, she is also preceded in death by her husband Charles "Chuck" Leeson, four siblings Robert Westfall, Norma Harper, Shirley Sheppard, and Arden Westfall. Peggy was a member of Kolmont Community Church, she worked at Trinity East in Laundry.  She was loved by everyone she met; she was defiantly an earth Angel. She had a 1971 Nova Super sport and was a Member of Steel Valley Car Club, and a member of Prime time. 

She is survived by two children Cheryl Slone of Mingo Jct., and Matthew Flesher of Mingo Jct., four siblings Larry (Katherine) Westfall of Florida, Rita (Sherman) Winter of Illinois, Donna Keeton of Florida, Ivan (Ollie) of West Virgina, several nieces, nephews, & Cousins, seven grandchildren, one great grandchild Libby Berthot, Kathlyn Kelley, Dylan Flesher, Jaxon Tustin, Zac Slone, Sydney Slone, and Paige Aycock (Ethan) 

Friends will be received at the Schuetz Funeral Home 2028 Delaware Ave Weirton WV, on Tuesday July 14, 2026, from 10 am until time of service at 12 am with Pastor Bobby Westfall officiating.  Burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to the funeral home or at the Crowd Funding page at the bottom of the screen.
