Norma Jean Hibbits

Norma Jean Hibbits, 81, of Barnesville, OH passed away on August 6, 2026 at University Hospital in Geneva, OH.  She was born on October 24, 1944 to the late James Littleton and and Clara (Foster) Littleton. 

She is also preceded in death by siblings James Littleton and Martha Arbogast. Norma was a homemaker and widowed by her loving and long time husband "Bill" Wilmer Hibbits of 20 year. She is survived by her son Ralph S. Welch of Barnesville, one brother Sam Littleton, grandson Raymond (Desiree) Welch of Aledonia, OH, two grand daughters Gabrielle (Robert) Preston of St. Clairsville,  Kayla Graham of St. Clairsville, three great grand daughters and two great grand sons. 

Services will be on Thursday from 12 noon until time of service at 2 pm with Rev. Tim Snyder officiating  at the Bethesda Christian church 40601 Bethesda-Belmont Rd, Bethesda, OH 43719.  Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
